Guiliani vs. all the millions of current and future illegal immigrants

My first blog post was on immigration, so I found this to be a nice follow-up.

elisa, i completely agree that giuliani or however you spell it is a complete n00b. He's so unrepublican how can he be running for their nomination. I don't see it. His plan will definitely call for big tax raises, and with a more invasive government, I don't see how Americans will like it. It seems like this is all b/s and it reminds me of airport security-it's just for show. I don't think this will really solve any problems as you said, it just keeps the problem at bay. Rudy's a n00b.

Elisa-
Besides the fact I do not think Guliani has the qualifications needed in order to be the next leader of our country, which is besides the point, I disagree with his plan of action against immigration. Like you said, I do not realy hold a solution either but the one he gives seems way too high of a standard too hold. If the United States made citizenship a little bit easier then we would not have as many people trying to get into our country illegally. -Jasmine

I agree with Jasmine that Guliani does not have necessary skills to lead this country as it's President. His "leadership skills" that shined during 9/11 came at just the right time, because prior to the cheering there were many who wanted him out of office, FAST. Although I would love to eliminate the problems of immigration, I would rather just let someone else do it.
